Long story: First visit/use but WOW! Recommended by the Breitling Boutique staff!! Had a high dollar 30 year old Breitling Aerospace with a clasp friction pin problem. For this issue, Breitling Boutique in Town Center recommended this Fast-Fix versus the long drawn out and pricey Breitling fix (which I am very familiar with!). I was HIGHLY skeptical!!! Did I mention HIGHLY SKEPTICAL!! But, I walked 1 minute down the hall to humor myself. WRONG! Fast-Fix identified and repaired perfectly with new stainless steel pin in 45 minutes for 40 bucks. Price was not an issue here but … another WOW(!) compared to expected $200+ Breitling fix. Woulda been 6-12 weeks and no guarantees of pin availability and the hassles/risk of shipping and insurance and availability and time and …
Short story: No question – give this place a chance! Suspect that they will not disappoint. I’ll be back for similar work to include batteries, seals, polishing etc. Incredibly pleased.

I found Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repair on a google search and took 2 watches for battery replacement. The price was $29.95 per battery. I was pleasantly surprised as 2 years before I got batteries from a stand alone booth at the mall and they charged $40 per battery. The employees were very nice and helpful. One of the watches had not been used for many years and needed more than a battery so they will call me with a quote on the cost. I am very happy with the service I received. I will refer them to anyone needing batteries. I will be taking two bracelets that need repair this weekend and see what can be done.

What a fantastic shop! Friendly and professional. I walked right in, showed them my watch which needed the bracelet adjusted, he took my information, and needed just 10 minutes. I got a text that it was done during my brief walk around the mall. Very reasonable price. I’m impressed and will return.

I brought my new engagement ring to them to size down. They were finished in less than 3 hours my ring fits perfect and the band looks flawless – no indication whatsoever that it had been cut down. Very courteous and professional staff, and a very good experience.

Fast-Fix Jewelry and watch repair, were awesome. Very honest people. My watch could not be fixed although they replaced the battery, no charge and cause of the age could not get parts. Suggested to reach out to the manufacturer. Awesome service, thanks again…..

This is my favorite watch store. The staff always welcome me warmly and take the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. Once again I visited Fast Fix Saturday late afternoon to have my gorgeous gold watch fixed. I assumed it needed a battery and sure enough I was right. In less than 30 minutes they assessed, steam cleaned and tightened all parts as well as replaced the battery. It works and I’m very satisfied. I can always count on Fast Fix Jewelry to do the right thing on a timely basis. They are the first and only ones I think about when my jewelry needs a fix.

Fast Fix was recommended to me by Mayors Jewelry Store to replace the battery in my Omega watch. I was hesitant at first, because the watch needs a special tool to remove the back.
The jeweler put me at ease and told me the work could be done same day and he would send me a text message as soon as the work was completed. It took about an hour, battery changed, and he had also cleaned out the watch as well!
In the past I have only used Mayors Jewelry where they send the watch be out for repair which on average takes about 18 weeks. I have never entrusted such an expensive watch to anyone but Mayors Jewelry or the Omega store, but I will definitely use Fast-Fix again.

Talk about fast fix. I was recommended by Versace and Saks themselves to go to this Fast Fix location in the Boca Mall and that recommendation turned out wonderful. Walked in, was taken within 1 minute. I needed a watch resizing. I was told 6 links were the right removal amount based off of an “eye assessment”, and to come back after a text msg saying complete. I left my watch and my details, walked down to Starbucks in the Boca Mall and was texted maybe 5 mins later. Walked right back and walked out with my new watch perfectly sized to my tiny wrist. Thank you for your kindness and quick attention on my needs. Highly recommend this location.

This place saved by expensive prescription sunglasses. The metal leg broke and I went to Lens Crafters next door to see about fixing. They could not do it and replacement would have been a pretty penny.The jeweler here said he could fix it and did a great job. Very grateful!

Great experience. They are all extremely friendly. I came in to get my wife’s earring fixed and they did it in 2 to 3 minutes while I waited. It has been years since we have used them as we havent needed anything fixed in a while, but I will 100% come back here again!

We were sent here by Mayors around the corner since they have a temporary location and did not have their jeweler/repair person on-site. I needed to have my white gold wedding band replated with rhodium because it had yellowed. I purchased it at Mayors, and it was beautiful, but they had to resize it down a lot so it came back to me yellow-ish. After a month, I brought it back and had them replate it. It was better but still not the platinum look it was before it was sized down. This weekend, Fast Fix replated it for me, and it looks amazing. It sits between 2 other white gold & diamond rings and now finally matches. Cost was $70 but well worth it. They finished in under an hour (nice!) and when we picked up, Mario offered to steam my other 2 rings which was really nice. I would recommend them for replating for sure.

I have taken all my watches here for years when they need a new battery. It’s so convenient since I regularly shop at this mall anyway. The people are always warm and professional and the batteries are long-lasting. They do the work out front so you can see how careful they are. This week I accidentally dropped one of my watches on the floor and the band broke. I took it in and they fixed it in just a few seconds and at no charge, just smiled and wished me Happy Holidays! I know we all read fake positive reviews, but this is real.
